Privacy policy
Version 2026-10-25. This explains what personal data we process for CourseForge and the vsbflabs.in website, why, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What CourseForge does not send us: your courses (unless you create a review link), your scripts, narration or images. Narration and images are made on your computer.
Who else processes data
- Razorpay processes payments; we never see your card or UPI details.
- Our hosting and email provider ([AIC Cloud]) stores this data and sends our emails.
- Pollinations receives your image descriptions only if you switch on the optional fast online image mode.
- Model downloads come from Hugging Face and GitHub, which see your IP address when you download.
Your rights
You can ask to access a summary of your personal data, correct it, or erase it (where we are not required to keep it), and you can withdraw consent for optional processing. You may nominate someone to exercise your rights if you cannot. Write to support@vsbflabs.in; we respond within [30] days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections, licence tokens are digitally signed, and access to our servers is restricted. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users and authorities of a personal data breach as required by law.
Children
CourseForge is intended for adults (18+) and organisations.
